I. Jesus Christ Is the Only Way

Man's entire salvation from sin rests on the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. How sad so many in Brazil and the world over are hoping that their good deeds will grant them forgiveness of their sin! It matters not at all one's religious background, creed, nationality or family heritage. Salvation will never be based on these things, not because a few missionaries say so, but because God decreed it so. Salvation is totally of the Lord. It is our responsibility to believe this and receive Him as our own personal Saviour.

Friend, Jesus did not say, “I will show you the way.” Jesus said, “I am the way.” He did not give mankind a list of things to do to go to Heaven; He gave His own body on the cross. Human logic and all other religions conclude that man must build a bridge to Heaven through good deeds. God would have us understand differently. Jesus built the bridge to Heaven long ago through the cross.
